Shipping:
Tracking No is available once the product is shipped. You shall receive an email on your registered email address. It is also available in My Orders section of your Account.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel any order, please contact our Customer Support team by email (hello@mewadarts.com) & let us know the reason for it.(Please quote your order number when calling)
(a) Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
(b) If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
(c) Once the order is canceled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
How long will it take to process a cancellation request?
Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take a maximum of 48 hours to cancel the order and depends on the day and time the order was placed.
For eg:
(a) If the cancellation is requested on the same day before 6.30 pm, the order is canceled on the same day and refund initiated.
(b) if the cancellation is requested after 6.30pm, the order will be canceled the next day and refund requested the same day.
(c) If the cancellation is requested on weekends (i.e. Saturday/ Sunday) or on public holidays the order will be canceled on the next working day and a refund requested accordingly.
(d) In case your order has been "Shipped", we may take your cancellation request; however, we shall be able to process a refund once we receive the canceled items back from the courier. In this case courier charges( both shipping and return) to be Bourne by the customer.
Why Mewad Arts Cancelled the Order?
Your order can be canceled due to any of the below reasons:·
1) Technical issues related to pricing information.
2) Non-availability of the product(s).
3) Payment problem identified by the Fraud Detection Department
Note: We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange any product, you must ship the product you ordered to our address. You can contact us hello@mewadarts.com
We can arrange a pickup request for you if your Pincode is available for Pick Up. The product should be in the same conditions as received. If it is not, we may not accept your order. And Re-shipping shall be canceled.
If the product is in good conditions then we shall Re-ship the product you need.
Pickup And Re-shipping charges shall be borne by you (Customer).
Only when the above charge is paid in advance, Exchange procedure shall begin.
The exact charge shall be communicated to you via Email. The charges shall Vary from Case to Case.
Refund:
If you wish to get refund for any product, you must ship the product you ordered to our address. You can contact us hello@mewadarts.com
We can arrange a pickup request for you if your pincode is available for Pick Up. The product should be in same conditions. If it is not, we may not accept your order. And refund shall be cancelled.
If the product is in good conditions then only refund shall be possible.
