Yes, you must create an account to place an order. As we need shipping details to ship your order. We don't ask for unnecessary details. Only details that are needed for shipping are asked.
We accept online payments via Credit and Debit cards, Netbanking, Online wallets, Google pay, UPI is also available. We also take COD payments.
We provide shipping options from reputed courier companies like FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress.
When you order customized products on our website, It is not possible to provide COD on them. As those products are customized just for you. Hence COD option is not available for those products.
Delivery is usually done within 3 - 5 working days for metro cities and 5 - 7 working days for non-metro regions
